Well we did it, we got a new pug puppy!! Please welcome the latest addition to our beanses pugs family: Billy!! He is a male fawn pug and is the cutest puppy you will ever see! Our new pug puppy Billy is a very happy and playful puppy who can be quite independent and is well capable of entertaining himself. Billy has settled into our family very well and adores his big sister: Petal the pug. Petal likes her new little brother and enjoys playing with Billy which is a big relief, as it can be stressful introducing a new dog into your family. Sometimes bringing home a new puppy doesn’t always work out when you already have a furry friend in your family. With Petal being an alpha female, we decided that a male pug puppy would be the best choice to join Petal, our female pug. Pug families can sometimes have a better relationship when it’s a mix of female and male, rather than having both females. We can account for this from our own personal experience of having two females which sometimes had dominance issues: Petal and Pig.
We are so glad our family is complete again with our new pug puppy Billy, as we had a big void in our hearts with the passing away of Pig the pug in 2020 which brought great sadness to our family.
We are no pug-sperts, but this is our second time raising a pug puppy and we are so excited to raise Billy into a wonderful friendly loving pug. We are very excited to have him in our lives as he brings us so much joy! We hope you can follow Billy’s beanses pugs journey as he grows from a puppy all the way to adulthood and beyond! We are pretty excited for all the zoomies, puppy licking and the big puppy crashes, along with the furniture chewing and general naughtiness.
